XOX Wallet Migration

XOX Wallet is available for Android and Apple users. 

To download XOX Wallet, click here.

Once you have completed your registration, you can proceed to activate your XOX Wallet account. Just go to "Money Management" to perform a Reload transaction (minimum amount of RM10) and you are good to go.

To perform this transaction using XOX Wallet, go to Bill Management > Enter Recipient’s Mobile Number > Enter Amount > Pay

Alternatively, users may pay bills via FPX or Credit Card.

XOX eWallet is open to Malaysian citizens with a valid myKAD age 18 years and above. If you do not meet this criterion, your e-Wallet will be closed, and your wallet balance will be refunded through your ONEXOX airtime postpaid/prepaid account.

Before deactivating your account, you are recommended to: 
i) Keep a backup of your transaction history.  
ii) Fully utilise your eWallet balance; 
- settle outstanding ONEXOX bills (if any), or  
- request to credit your balance to your ONEXOX prepaid or postpaid account.
